Complete these steps
- Visit connecticare.com and log into your secure ConnectiCare member account
- Click 'Update Your Profile' under 'Member Quick Tools'
- Select 'More' under 'Make Changes to My Plan'
- Click 'Cancel Policy' under 'Update My Plan'
- Select 'Cancellation Date' and the reason from the dropdown menu under 'Cancel My Plan'
- Click 'Submit'
Policy cancellations will take effect at the end of your selected month.
