Need to cancel your SOLO policy?

Complete these steps

  1. Visit and log into your secure ConnectiCare member account
  2. Click 'Update Your Profile' under 'Member Quick Tools'
  3. Select 'More' under 'Make Changes to My Plan'
  4. Click 'Cancel Policy' under 'Update My Plan'
  5. Select 'Cancellation Date' and the reason from the dropdown menu under 'Cancel My Plan'
  6. Click 'Submit'

Policy cancellations will take effect at the end of your selected month.
